Mr. Kartik J. Patel is the Founder, Chairman & Managing Director of Khyati Group. With efficiency, Khyati Group has expanded into sectors like: health care, education, real-estate, paper and pulp and land trading. Mr. Patel has traded more than 3600 acres of land in a single decade. He has one of the largest land banks in Ahmedabad. He is also developing more than 300 acres of land. In last decade he became aggressive in education sector by providing education from KG (Kindergarten) to PG (postgraduate). He runs one of the oldest education trusts in Ahmedabad and has founded Khyati foundation education trust and Khyati Eduworld Pvt ltd. He owns and manages a myriad of pre-schools, schools and colleges having more than 10,000 students.

He holds a Master Degree in valuation of land and building from Gujarat University. He attended London school of Economics to do a course in global communication and management. His technologically savvy and quick adaptation skills with the changing demand of the industry make him an immaculate personality. He is actively involved in planning and execution of projects.

Mr. Alpesh K. Patel is a commerce graduate and has more than 15 years of experience in legal and accounting. Under his efficacious management Khyati Realites Ltd. has become a leading real estate company in Ahmedabad.
