Founded in 1995 by Mr. Kartik Patel, Khyati Group has grown into a diversified entity with interests in real estate, education, healthcare, and the pulp & paper industry. With one of the largest land banks in Ahmedabad, the group has developed over 1.5 million square feet of residential, commercial, and retail space. In education, Khyati Foundation and Khyati World Educare Pvt. Ltd. manage schools and colleges with over 6,500 students.

Expanding its presence, we have recently acquired Khyati Multi-speciality Hospital and Khyati Industries Pvt. Ltd. in the pulp & paper sector. Currently, we are developing 1.5 million sq. mt. of land and is launching three major projects, including an iconic residential tower, high-end retail, luxurious apartments and weekend villas. Additionally, our plans are underway to build five new hospitals with a combined construction area of 1 million sq. ft., positioning the group to shape Ahmedabad’s skyline and healthcare landscape.
