  • To chase payment by phone and email.
  • To check the credit status of the client for home loan applications.
  • To facilitate customers in the property loan process by liaising between the bank and customer.
  • To project monthly cash flow generation for all the project sites of the company.
  • To prepare bana-khat, property sales contracts and other property sales related document.
  • To perform other duties of the company as per the requirement.
Skill sets required:

Excellent payment collection and communication skill, proficiency with regional language must require.

Experience:

1-3 years of Credit Control and loan processing experience required.

Job Specification & responsibilities
  • Responsible for entire process of Land Acquisition for residential-commercial projects including legal and commercial due diligence. Negotiation with Land Owners - Registries – Mutations. Title search, registration formalities and co-ordination with revenue and other government and Municipal body for necessary approval required for land and property acquisitions.
  • Coordination with advocates regarding court cases (pending in related jurisdiction). Reading agreement & sale deeds (which is to be purchased or collaboration).
  • Carrying out the valuation and negotiation of property as well as authentication of registered property title documents.
  • Drafting of Petition, Suit, Written Statement, Evidence, Arguments, Legal Notices, Reply to Legal Notices, Appearance in courts, Handling Customer Grievances, Transfer Process, Legal Research, Liasioning with clients, Updation of matters and maintenance of MIS.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified,appropriate courses of action have been taken.
  • Preparation of briefs and holding conferences with Senior Advocates and providing consultations on various legal issues.
  • Giving suggestions and opinions to the management on various legal issues
  • Research work on various legal issues.
  • Work out strategies for pre and post planning of projects.
Skill sets required
  • Candidates should be familiar with the procedures related to land acquisition.
  • Candidates should have excellent drafting skills and thorough knowledge on procedures related to courts and statutory compliances and should have good command in English and the regional language of the respective state(s).
  • Excellent negotiating skills and problem solving skills, very strong analytical mind, eye for detailing, firm and clear in ideas and thoughts.
Experience:

3-5 years experience in Land acquisition and legal compliance.
